Angry Strange issue with cap port of switch

    Hi guys,
I'm using Cisco2950G switch. It can cap the port of all servers, but I'm having one server that I'm not able to cap. I think that the issue may cause of the traffic kind, but I'm not sure what is exactly. Could you please give me some clues or advise?

    Thank you so much,

If it's not obvious to you right off the bat, perhaps you should hire a competent consultant?
