    site on and off

    Hi,
    I open a reseller account on 10/09/06 with HG my domain is with GD i change Dns same day site was ok. On 10/12/06 i typed http: //www mysite com and did not work but when i type http: // mysite com it work fine, i place a ticket with HG and the told me:
    Is this a new domain or did you recently change the nameservers?

    If so, this is normal during the first 24-48 hours.
    not is not i reg. on 01/06/2006, i waited then it was fine then last nite the can't see it in some others country and i'm having the same problem if i type
    http: // 00.00.000.00/~user/ it works for my in usa and in asia.
    http: // mysite com works for me not in asia
    http: // www mysite com don't work at all
    the site was install from fantastico it have nothing yet

    Please any help i'm too new at this.

    At times this can be be an issue with dns, and it can be anywhere from 1-72 hours 72 being the longest. If it certainly doesnt resolves with www.yoursite.com in 72 hours total, i'd issue another ticket to them. They may also have an issue on their dns side, with teh zone files not being properly set up.

    do the register can have something to do with it like godaddy some wrong setting.

    What happens if you run your domain name through DNS Report (http://www.dnsreport.com) ?

    Post the output here or at least the domain name in question.

    BTW from dominican republic just now the report is:
    they can only see it with the ip.
