We have secured a deal with ionCube to provide every server customer with a 10% discount of any purchase of any ionCube encoder product. A setup fee of 150 applies to all orders unless you choose to pay annually when it is not charged. cPanel is available on all servers for 20 per month.

All servers are built to order and so the setup time will vary depending on stock availability. Fedora Core 6 is not due out until Tuesday 17th October so orders will not be processed until it has been made available.

Basic support is provided to all customers for general questions related to server/account operation under our standard support policy. In depth technical support can also be provided but is charged per hour. This is an unmanaged service.

All servers are located in Reading in the UK. The network is connected by three tier-1 fibre 100Mb primary internet gateway providers and is backed up by private peering. Find out more.
