Sedo is selling your email address to spammers !

    Hi,

for some days now I am receiving SPAM emails from an email address I registered at sedo.com.

    ** see pictures below **

Just to let you know you shouldn't trust them.

    Quoting their privacy policy:
.. For this reason, Sedo does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. ..
    Regards,

    G

That isn't likely. I have a Gmail account that started getting SPAM hours after I set it up. Just dictionary attacks that happen to have hit your account.
If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.

I always register to website using their domain name + a random number of my choice.

This is the only email address I receive SPAM from using a [email protected]
If it was a dictionnary attack I would have receive other SPAM emails to [email protected], [email protected] before.

ALL emails @nted.org are redirected to my GMail account. I have no filter in place agains't SPAM.
This way I find out who isn't following their policy, and Sedo isn't.

    So yes, it is likely.

And who would dictionnary attack my meaningless domain
Although this would be 'possible' it isn't the case here.

    Regards,

    G

If they have sold your details the spam won't be from them so you'll never know which spam is because of them

That first thumbnail looks like your address may have been harvested by a self-mailing virus.
