    Smarter Mail SPAM Issue

    I am using SmarterMail 3.x we and our cleints receiving many spam from same repeated emails accounts and same type of emails. meanse the sender when sedning it we also receiving it and out cleints as well.

    As my knolage the from email, IP, keywords can make ban on such emails but for individaual domain or individaul mailbox. But I want to make ban over all on my mail server for this sender. menase If is there any way I can put ban email at one place in my mail server and it should not deliver to any doamin, mail box on my mail server?

    I believe you can block the user if you know their IP under Security Settings>Blacklist

    Additionally, you can submit spam reports at The spam host will be blacklisted and it will save your time in the future.
