I usually get 1000KB/Sec but with your test file i am downloading less than 100KB/sec..

If you can let me know where you tested from, I'd be happy to look into why the speeds are sub-par. We have over well over 1Gbps of available network capacity currently, so I'm sure the slowdown wasn't on our end, but I'd like to try and trace out where any potential issues might be. If you could get me your ISP info and perhaps an IP I can trace to I'd like to dig into this. Feel free to contact me via PM or email with this info if you prefer.
I tested myself just to see if I was seeing any slowdowns, and I'm currently downloading our test file from my Cox cable at home at nearly 1200 KB/sec.
