CN-6000 support up to 32 users can log in at the same time for concurrent access to a servers, whilst you can't do it with IP1020.

The CN6000 only allows 1 connection at any given time. Where are you reading that it supports 32?

If you can afford it go with raritan they run ~10k/each. I just got one and they are awesome. If your on a budget go with the CN6000 have quite a few of those and they work pretty well.
