Hello, personally I don't trust too much this kind of websites but I'm not telling yours is bad or a scam. First of all, the domain will belong to me or to you?. My second question is if there's any control panel and the third is if you offer to create custom name servers.

    Thanks in advance.

The domain would be registered in your name. We do not have any control panel at this time that the user can login to. We are working to build one via an API. Why not signup for the site and give it a try, after all its free.

You can create Child Name servers on the said domain by contacting the helpdesk once your domain is registered and your a member.

    ** FRAUD **

Your site is fraud, it's impossible to get a domain in 10 minutes like you're saying on your website.

Domain Lagoon is the only site on the internet that is able to offer free domain names to its members. At Domain Lagoon we do not require our members to sign up for anything that requires them to pay anything out of their pocket. We have teamed up with many sponsors who just want you to fill out a simple survey. You can complete our entire program and be qualified for your domain in under ten minutes!
You'll have to fill at least 10 surveys which are taking WAY over 1 minute each (at least 10 minutes each if you trully answer them).

You make money out of people filling surveys then you 'buy them' a domain out of your earnings. It would have been a good idea if you weren't mistaking people about 'how easy it is'.

You are not working around the clock, it is then impossible for you to keep your promess as you are approving surveys manually. (I emailed you over 10 minutes ago and still no answer)

** People be aware this is a scam **

We are not sitting around 24/7 to approve offers, they do take time.

10 minutes response to a freebie site? This isn't a web hosting company. We do not guarantee a response of quicker than 24 hours.

    Thank you!

Are these "offers" in your FAQ affiliate links?

Question: How do you provide free domain names?

Answer: We are able to provide you a free domain names because our sponsors advertise on our site. You have to complete a few offers to earn enough points to qualify for a free domain.
"free domain" sites in the past require you to complete offers (click on my affliate link and add your details) then after the affiliate was paid, they gave out the "free" domain. Ezyrewards is one example I can think of.

If this isn't the case, then maybe you can outline exactly within this thread what is required, or the thread will be removed.

    HI There:

This is exactly the case, they do the offers outlined, if they do them correctly it will show the credit, than we credit their domain lagoon account. Each offer they do is labeled with their user id so there is no mistakes in the tracking.

I will add the time lines to our FAQ though , I appreciate your suggestions. The Plan was to add to the FAQ as questions come up. Once they login it is pretty clear as to what the process is.

    Thanks
    Tom

Since many people may think this is to good to be true, we have setup the following offer for the following:

The first person from this forum who registers, completes the program, receives their free domain, and posts on this forum that it is legit we are willing to give them a second domain for free as well.

    Well here are the results!

I filled out all the forms, very simple process.
Although it does take 25 minutes, it saves you 10$'s on a domain name.
Although he said it takes 24 hours to register... i got it in 10 minutes.
The directions are very simple on filling out the form, its basically just reposting your name 6 times, lol...

well i suggest this site to everyone. the domain runs awesome and its free!

I dont see how at all this is a scam. If you want a free domain, this is a great way of doing it. They are open about what you get for your time. Its just the the Ipod things that are flying around.

Your offers were approved, but you provided Flase information in terms of your name I believe upon the domain approval it was denyed and you should have received an email stating to update your profile with VALID info and re-request. Check your spam folder it may have been marked as spam.

Only the domain is free, you can host it anywhere you wish or redirect it to a free host url if they don't support name servers.
