awstats on a cPanel VPS - can I run from command line?
I just enabled awstats on my VPS (which I thought was the default since I never have had to request that it be turned on).
My VPS has awstats.pl in
I cannot access the cpanel directory as a user (only root) because of the jailed environment.
I would like to run awstats to process 3 days worth of logs and would like to do so from the command line.
Is there any easy way to do this?
Is there any specific reason you want to run AwStats from the command line? If you are not root, you could ask the provider to enable "Allow users to update Awstats from cPanel" in WHM.
