    Users with dvd covers online

I'd like to know how to handle that. What does the copyright laws say in US and europe?

You may want to consult a lawyer that specializes in copyright laws. As I say in other posts, the law is tricky and you want to be 100% positive on whether it is legal or not. Talk to a lawyer.

I'm no expert on copyright law, but IIRC all the materials that come with a CD/DVD (booklets, the inlays, the lot) are covered by copyright. And if they aren't directly then the images included on them will be.

If it is small or low quality, and either part of a review or pointing to where the iotem can be purchased then no one is going to care, but if it is a collection of decent quality scans (which, without wishing to generalise over much, is probably going to be used by people who have copied the DVDs instead of buying them) then I would recommend against turning a blind eye.
