We're looking for enthusiastic technical support representatives to
handle a variety of Internet related issues. Most of these issues are
related to webhosting, but basic ISP troubleshooting issues (email
issues, etc.) are also common.

Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls and properly
escalating issues to Tier 2 support. You will also be working with
Indian Engineers to resolve ticket support issues.

Most of all, you must love the Internet! You'll be working with a lot of
Internet related issues and with Internet customers and clients.

A bit about us, Bobcares is an outsourcing technical support company
based in India. We have over 200 engineers working in our India facility
for dedicated 24/7 support. We expanded our operations in the
US to include phone support to compliment our support offerings in
