cant really be done. Trixbox is installed VIA an iso, so you need to get an ISO of a frex trixbox.

It is definitely possible to strip the iso and put it in a VPS environment. For the end user, it may not be viable.

I am not sure what else to say. You may ask your VPS provider if they can install it for you, or just install the main components which Trixbox features (like the Asterisk Management Portal, Recordings interface, etc.)

We have been working some time for offering a solution with Trixbox preinstalled in a VPS.
How much traffic do you anticipate?

We do offer trixbox(and I am about to release the OPENVZ image on my personal blog tonight/today).

I would be happy to give you the pre-installed image for free.
Currently I have Trixbox 2.0.0 working 100%. The newest trixbox is almost completed(just takes time)

You or your host will need a timing device installed for conference calling etc..(though people say they use it fine for just a normal phone line with out timing).
