I have my site with themooseisloose and the past 4 days its been down. No response to any tickets, except the canned replies. Today even their site is down.

Time to move on i guess

I need a good host, abt 10$ a month , can anyone please suggest a few. Much appreeciate a quick reply.

Welcome to WHT and I am sorry to hear about your issues with your current host. If it has been down for 4 days with no response, see if they have a telephone number you can call and if not, maybe it is time for you to move.

Check around these forums for reviews and recommendation, your budget seems reasonable but what type of space and bandwidth are you looking for? Let us know what you are looking for exactly in your next host and maybe someone can make a recommendation.

i need a basic 50-100 pages of text , very little graphics and a forum and if possible a blog, i had 100 mb web space with mis.

For your budget and how much resources you need you shouldn't have any problems at all finding a host here on WHT, have you used the search finction at the top ?

You should be able to find something for that price; however, you may want to add a few bucks per month - hosts in this range will on the whole offer more stability and reliability. There is a large 'percieved expectations' problem in the hosting industry right now.

Just make sure to search for reviews before you sign up with the company. Dont go off a single persons opinion.

Do not pay for something that you're not going to use.
I mean, if you need 500 MB of space, do not pay for an account who offer you 20 GB, even if you plan to grow. More do not means better. And at this point I think that you're looking for reliability
