I just got an interesting call from a local (to me) web-designer who has decided to leave "Host Once" for the following reasons.
In his words, not mine:
- 5 to 10 days for a Trouble Ticket to be responded to.
- Horrible long downtime zones
- Constant email problems: Sending mostly
Personally, I've never heard of these guys before, but they sound pretty bad. Any feedback, good or bad?

sorry to bump an old topic... but I was with these guys for about 2 years, a while ago now... but the funny thing is I always see terrible reviews about them
My experiences were fine, I dont recall ever having any downtime and their speeds were always good
I moved when I realised how little I was getting for my money compared to what else is out there
I can't comment much on their support as I never really needed support.... so I dont know if thats a good thing or bad thing
