    Help me pick between providers

    Right now I'm looking at

and though they have not impressed me with their dealings with another customer,

I'd like a VA/NY/Boston server that I will use primarily for gaming. Have you all any experience with these? Thanks!

I've uses superb before...they were pretty good. I really wanted to go with Voxrox and overall pings were better for a majority of people, but I was just playing around with different locations and went with a cheap solution at superb.

As far as network I'd recommend voxrox.

Check out Ezzi as well, they're located in NYC. I've heard good things about Voxrox, but they are a bit pricey.

Also, LayeredTech is in Texas... - High Bandwidth Specialists - 100TB/1Gbps/10Gbps Unmetered/CDN/DDOS Protected
Over 20 Global Locations - Asia, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, US, CA, EU - Bare Metal and Virtual Cloud. All Managed.

Also, i've heard good things about toqen, however their site is under construction and I don't know where to go for pricing.

Is the difference between voxrox and superb going to be a whole lot in terms of latency and ping?

I've used Superb before for gaming, network wasn't very suitable for it.

I'd recommend for gaming, our team (pro e-sports) has went through god knows how many dedicated server providers and we have finally found a home at steadfast... By far the smoothest network I've ever used for gaming, no choke, no loss it's always 100% on point. I live in NJ and I ping better to Steadfast (who is in chicago) then I do to most providers in NYC. Steadfast has a very diverse network that's great for pings.

If you wana test our server (CSS & BF2 & CS 1.6) send me a PM.

I decided to go with toqen this afternoon. They were very responsive and I believe we will do well there. Thanks for the input though.

by the way...what is the name of your community?
