I have a discussion forum about ballroom dancing, and with Dancing with the Stars on tonight, it increased the activity. Site5 immediately took the site down when it hit 25% of the server resources. It's back up, but probably not for long.
Where should I go?
Anyone that would move it for me? It is like 1.5 gb or 460 mb zipped (daily backup)
I guess I need a host that I can grow with, rather than getting taken offline when I am doing awesome.

They wouldn't have much choice but to take your site offline, if you were using that much of the server's resources. They have to think of all of their clients on that server. You're in VPS country there, or a small dedicated server. Might be best to go from VPS and then if you need to, go to a dedicated server, although a VPS account is very close to a dedicated server, by definition.
jaguarpc has been having banners up on WHT for awhile on and off for vps hosting. Something you may wish to consider is a semi-dedicated plan (more or less a rather large reseller account). As then you'd be pretty much guaranteed a lower amount of user-to-server/node ratio.
Regardless of which way you go, I'd definitely suggest you ask whomever you select how many accounts max they put per node (VPS for example). As the more vps nodes on the host the more the resources are taxxed/consumed at peak times.
dvduval, best of luck in your search, just don't jump onto any provider too quickly, be sure you research and find the one who best suits your needs (else you may end up back on wht looking yet again rather soon).
