I would advise to check the mail server log file for this email. There you will find more detailed information.

sendmail[4158]: daemon MTA: problem creating SMTP socket

sendmail[4158]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root): opendaemonsocket: daemon MTA: cannot bind: Address already in use

I think its because i have Exim installed as well. Which one do you think i should use sendmail/exim and how do i add email accounts?

are you sure that the port 25 isn't used by some other program?
    you can check
    netstat -nlp | grep :25

ohh I am impressed Are you configuring this all manually?

There are a lot of control panels that do this work. I thought you use one of them.

  7. #7 doing this manually and really clueless about all these stuff lol.

Im using webmin atm, created email accounts from there but dont seem to work. Webmin seems to support qmail more, should i install qmail instead?

I'd say use postfix... So much easier to use, and safer.
