What do you mean by panel?
But I have problems in recieving orders,
When I go to payments section in my account there do not appear those orders which already has status of deposited, I contacted them and the asked me to dictate those orders, SO I did so and they said they were upgrading system and that was a problem and this is just display error, but I have strange feeling that something is not as it should be.
SO do you mean that this problem is with you too?

We've stopped receiving e-mails to confirm payment has been made for some reason, they keep saying our spam protection is blocking them but that's a load of rubbish.

WHat do you mean? cannot you access your account?
My problem has been solved, as I explained some of my orders had status of deposited but did not appear in payments, so I contacted and they corrected it.
Tomorrow it is payments day and I should recieve my money, will write how they process my payment
