I am back again, last time someone said go with site5 and I did was happy for about a year but the last week has been so bad I have no choice but to move again.
Money is the not the issue I do not want some cheap company again, with no phone support you get what you pay for.
Can someoen please recommend a high quality company, if there is an issue they actually respond and offer phone support as well. I need cpanel, reseller unlimited accounts as usual. I dont mind paying more I am already paying site5 $79 a month would glady pay more for a solution that works.

Yes, I have been really unhappy with Site5 and lack of phone support and their apparent attraction for spammers. Apparently, someone has gained access to our mailserver. I've checked all of my applications with no results and its looking more and more like a vulnerability on the Site5 system. They refuse to help me trap it but have no problem taking my site down. I frankly need better security and tech support who is enthusiastic about tracking down spammers.
I think its time to find someone who is a little more respectable and where you can at least pay for high level support when you need it.

Hostgator has similar pricing, but be aware that while Site5 had an "overselling enabled" policy (as far as I recall), Hostgator has overselling disabled. For quite a few resellers this will be of some importance.

As for making sure that you have reliable support, you can see the reviews here of the host you are considering and maybe as an added verification, you can test this host you chose by actually calling them at different times of day (for several days) and see how good really is their 24/7 support. I can see Hostgator and Bluehost on the top of the chain but its up to you to check them out and gauge their reviews here.
currently have 15GB and 150GB BW $79 a month . Location doesnt matter would prefer US biggest concern is reliable support.
I have a lot good clients that ineed to keep up, any downtime is just more headaches on me not worth it to be cheap.
Do you actually use 15GB Disk space? or do you just prefer to have more than you need?

If the uptime is good, you would not need any support
Actually, I disagree with this statement but I understand where it might be someone's only concern.
Site5 has been "up"...but there have been times when it gets bogged down and is so slow that it is ridiculous. I wouldn't be as concerned with 24/7 phone support....but having some phone support would make things easier in explaining issues. I hit my frustration level when I had to start over each time I responded to tech support.
Again, the availability of higher level support (paid) is sometimes necessary. Currently, some spammer is using my site to spam and having a very popular family oriented site, this is making me insane not to be able to track it down.
Also I forgot to mention the following, you should check the following items before making a decision:
- Support email are responded in a timely manner - send them a question via email and see there response time.
- Uptime guarantee
- Provides decent disk space and bandwidth
- You should call them and see how fast they pick-up because phone support is critical for a reseller. If your customer has a problem, you should be able to resolve quickly. Instead of waiting for an email response.
This will help you see if the company is reliable.
