Anyone with a history of their respone times for tickets? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Please share your experience.
(Edit: I asked since my average response time from them used to be less than one hour, but now I've waited 4 hours for a critical problem)

when I submitted tickets to Servage, I've got quick reply ... maybe because I'm living in Europe so we got the same work time or i'm just lucky.
Search for my posts about Servage, there're some things I'm not happy with, but support speed isn't in the black list
When I was using Servage, it was quick enough for my taste.
(Between 20 minutes and several hours.)
But I rarely contacted support.
Also, it's the only way to contat Servage as they don't have forum,
chat, phone support, and their documents are somewhat limited.
(At least when I was with them. Maybe they improved things since then.)
So, they'd better provide good service on that only available channel.
I can uderstand why staffs are nice to Stef.
(But they were nice and helpful to a simple customer, too. )
