    Hi,

Is IRC allowed? Do you offer DDoS Protection? How does it work? Does it nullroute attacked ip or only mitigate? Would the attack bandwidth count as bandwidth used? By the way, how is your bandwidth counted? Is it in + out or whichever is higher?

    Regards,

    IRC is allowed.

DDOS Protection is at the network level not at specific host level.

We nullroute if DDOS is detected for a period of time until it passes. Attack bandwith is counted until DDOS is detected or reported. For non IRC hosts it is not counted at all unless your site is reviewed and determined to be something that would trigger attacks. Meaning, for regular webhosting, gameserving etc.. we waive the traffic costs.

Bandwith measured to be whichever is higher. So if you have 2000 out and 500 in you are 2000.

Keep them coming. Great questions. Remember you can always contact sales for specific information.

Though I beleive that review is for SelectVPS.. Others should experience the same with Andre and OmegaVPS as we were once communicating a partnership..

We prefer Redhat Enterprise Linux 4. But if you want Debian Etch 3.2 it can be arranged.

Actually one of the techs is installing Cpanel now. I updated your ticket and quoted 12 hours in case there are any issues software, hardware etc. when we do the final verification but it should be quite a bit faster than that.

    Thank you for your business.

Your first reload/reinstall is always free. We discourage monthly reloads with a $50 fee but the intent is to waive it if it is for good reason. (yes you can quote me on that).

No setup fees but there are discounts for prepayments.

If you prepay for 3 months, and get the one month free, does this continue if you prepay 3 more months after that? Or is it better to just go onto month to month payments?

    Thanks.

Is that shared or dedicated 100mbit? If shared, what is the minimum bandwidth guarantee?
