RACKFORCE is having serious connectivity issuses.
I have a server hosted with them that has been reported down for the last 4 HOURS. Their support web site is unreachable as well, and I don't know how to contact them. This isn't even the first time I'm having serious problems with them and long downtime for my server happened before.
I'll second that. I have no routing to any of our servers hosted there, nor to rackforce support from several (all) locations that we have a presence in. I'm used to 10-20 minute downtimes with their network, but never for this amount of time.
They usually have hight quality bandwidth and good prices for unmetered. I don't know what happend this time. The last time I had a long downtime only my server (and maybe few others) was effected, now it seems their whole datacenter is unreachable.
If you can get in contact with them let us know what's happening. I know they have phone support but it would cost me a month of service to call from my country.
There was an emergency service outage by GT that RackForce did not have control over. Service is now being restored, but if you are still having connectivity issues please let us know and we will look into the issue further. We sincerily apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
