Maybe LT has an office there?

Your server is still located in Dallas, anyways. (I guarantee it)

The data whois.sc / domaintools.com is using is incorrect. All ouf our IP should show a Texas address or Savvis NC for the blocks that where re-assigned to us. I checked the IP range of your forums and it is showing the wrong details. Whois.sc needs to fix their records.

Thanks,

Whois.sc often reports incorrect locations. I had one client who was terribly irate with me because it was reporting a server of ours to be located in Ireland. Apparently he thought that one day we just up and moved all of our equipment there.

Just for kicks, I did a trace route, and sure enough it sits in texas. Seems they're changing the ownership information over to their other offices.

Did you not read anything in this thread? Jeremy already said that the whois.sc information was incorrect, and that all LT's IPs should say they are located in Texas. As far as I know, LT has been 100% in Texas for the past 2 years at least.

I'm sorry. I didnt run over that part. Sleep deprivation is killing me quite well, but that is no excuse for my ignorance.
