Google came up with these hits:
    http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=1108
    http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/ce...ly/066641.html

Could be bad memory or modules that are installed causing issues. I would tend to think some type of memory or other hardware failure. Have your DC either replace the system memory or check it to see if it is bad.

I see you are also getting these errors:

Sep 30 12:32:03 myserver kernel: <0>Fatal exception: panic in 5 seconds
Sep 30 12:32:03 myserver kernel: bad: scheduling while atomic!

It seems that your kernel is not properly installed; you could boot your server in another kernel and then check if your server is still crashing.

Also you can check dmesg after your server is rebooted to see if there are any ram or hardware issues causing this problem.
