    Question Common Support requests from customers using sitebuilders?

    I'd like to ask the webhosts which are the common support requests you receive from the clients that are using sitebuilder software.

    Is a sitebuilder really a tool do-it-on-your-own or the customers ask for support ? A savvy user would not need a sitebuilder, but all those beginners tend to ask for every simple thing.

    So, is it worth offering a sitebuilder as far support load concerns?

    sitebuilder, only support request we receive is when sitebuilder does not respond (it happens sometimes) and we restart the software, that solves the problem.

    Occasionally we'll get a few questions, nothing major. And I would say it's worth while offering a site builder.
