    Hi,

I'm looking for a free/paid contact form (in PHP) with verification code. If anyone knows, please point me out. Thank you!

On hotscripts.com you can find such scripts (Free), i believe. look for the term turing numbers. They are dynamically greated images using the GD2 or Imagick libraries.

If you intend to recommend contact PHP script, make sure it also accepts SMTP Auth in case you'd wonder why messages doesn't always sent out as expected.
