Itīs driving me nuts. I changed ssh ports and did so many thinks to secure my server but one time a weak (at leat) my firewall notifies me about suspicous new files in my /tmp directory.
What can I do ? Is there any possibility to prevent this via mod_security ?
What firewall? What files? There are ALWAYS new files in my /tmp directory, and depending on how smart my firewall is, it might label them as "suspicious"

my firewall also labels them suspicious but if I let the the firewall delete all suspicious files, I will have a bigger problem as before. The question is, what can I do, that no one is able to upload files into this directory ?
