You don't need CD in the VMWARE to create the Images. Use following steps
You need to install the Vmware server on machine.
Download Desktop Vmware server console tool from vmware site.
Install it on your machine.
Enter IP, username and root password of your machine.
1. Create Virtual image disk (framework) allocate disk space and RAM.
2. Right click on the newly created machine. > Select settings > Click on CD ROM > There is option use physical drive or ISO image. Select ISO image wherever located on your server. Click ok.
3. Right click and Reset your virtual machine.
It will reboot the virtual machine and you will get the Windows Installation screen.
It's very easy and you don't need even your provider support. All you need is root access
For running 4 VM on server you need Windows R2 server.
If you face any problem let me know.
Good luck
