Have you check what is actually in the server log? (/etc/httpd/logs/error_log for a cpanel box)

If you can get a Browser to display an Error page, I highly doubt your Server is down.

Looks more like a misconfiguration with that specific account. Check the .htaccess file.

Try tail -f /etc/httpd/logs/error_log to read the file

For last couple of times, when server get's down, nothing shows, i get server cannot be found error, and Whm and ssh become Unaccessable. Server got problem again 10 min ago. When i try to visit any site that is hosted on this server, i get internal server error, and if i access whm i get cpanel license file error, and ssh was accessable but i can't run any commands, i get bash error. Now server is restarted, everything is fine. I am tired of all this. Its happening every 5-8hours.

Now it sounds like an issue with the WHM License but then, who really knows?

You would be best off to have someone experienced in these matters take a look under the hood. Start with your Data Center and/or hire someone. If you have paying Clients on this Server then this problem has already gone on too long.
