My site came with a default control panel installed on it, but i dont like it and it doesnt seem to do everything i have seen on other control panels. Does anyone know if it is possible to install a new control panel over hte top?

You can change it if you have a dedicated server

It's up to your host to change the control panel, new skin or add any new features.

From what you've told I presume you've got a dedicated server, then contact your host and ask him to change the panel.

First find your desire Control Panel which you think that it is very User Friendly interface ... Then search for such host who offer hosting in that panel... You can easily migrate your domain with new host.
