I have some questions about the High Loads.
I'm reseller and the Server specifications are:
InformationProcessor #1 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #1 Name: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3800+
Processor #1 speed: 2394.565 MHz
Processor #1 cache size: 512 KB
Memory InformationMemory: 2008824k/2030528k available (2118k kernel code, 20728k reserved, 668k data, 144k init, 1113024k highmem)
How much approximately would be a high load? 1.0? 2.0?

The load of a server is simply the average number of jobs per time a CPU has to process. So generally you will be told that a load of 1*#ofCPU's is what a safe upper-limit to your load.
At the most, a load of 2 should be the highest you let your box go before considering changes. Even at 2, you're suffering from some form of CPU lag.
