I have a domain registered at okihost (actually godaddy) and need to update the nameservers. Paul has been pretty good with support when I was with him (actually I averaged 5 minute response and about 1 hour resolution). However, I went to the site today and clicked on support and received the following error: "License Error: Key file has expired". Called the 1888 number but it was busy. Also sent him a PM on WHT. Anyone else experiencing the same troubles? Any ideas on contacting him? Thanks.
I purchased and owned license for esupport about a month ago and they never fixed the domain name on the license so I am waiting for them to get back to me to resolve this issue hopefully soon.

Yep, Kayako does this trick if your on the monthly leased license, your supportdesk will expire unless you update the key file every month It's better to stick to the yearly or owned in my opinion definitely. Hope kayako will take care of it asap for Okihost.
