Knowledgebase Script On Godaddy.com


Hi people, excuse me if I have posted in wrong thread, I have try to install Kayako eSupport on my hosting godaddy but dont work, you know one script that work on this? Also only knowledgebase.

Please help me is very important.

Have you tried contacting Kayako or posting in their forums? Normally they are pretty good about handling things of this nature. Or even contacting Godaddy to see if they have ran into this sort of issue before.

Are you using an encoded version? It looks like a problem with php and the encoder.

I suggest you to make sure that you uploaded the files on binary mode and try again
