    mysql databases not created

Not sure why, mysql databases are not getting created/showing up in cpanel. I have it set to unlimisted in package, even tried 100 as well. I did forced mysql upgrade, forced cpanel upgrade.

Is it really not created? I mean is the db is not in /var/lib/mysql or the user not created in the mysql db?
