    403 forbidden error

    Hello ,
    I recently bought dedicated server.
I got my all accounts backup from the reseller panel I had earlier and then restored them on dedicated server using multiple account restore feature of WHM.
but the problem is , when I try to open those transfered websites , they show :
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.mi*vpl.com Port 80.
    You can try this domain:
    mi*vpl.com
Please remove * , placed that cos dont want this page to get indexed.
I tried deleting .htaccess file too , but didnt work.
I also tried changing account owners and packages and still no change.
I contacted support staff and they say there must be a problem with transfering domains , but i dont think its like that.
I tried rebooting all services and server too.
    Please help.

    make sure permissions are correct
    /home/user should be 711
    /home/user/public_html should be 750 and owner/group user.nobody
All files like index.html and index.php should have perms of 644 and all directories with perms of 755.

    chmod 711 /home/cpaneluser
    You can check before hand
    ls -ald /home/cpaneluser
    and should be drwx--x--x

Did you check the perms on public_html as well? It should be 750.

One more simple thing as well is indexes may be off so if you do not have an index file like index.htm or index.php you will get this error.

If PHPSuExec is installed, be sure to check .htaccess.
