Finish Joomla conversion

Hi, I'm looking for someone to finish a Joomla conversion. This was started by a programmer who suddenly disappeared. I need a picture gallery, contact form and and a spot on the left side for affiliates and links. This is the site now:DahlstromConstruction and this is what it I want it to look like when completed in Joomla: DahlstromConstruction/joomla.I want it to match the html version as much as possible.

Please give me a quote and time frame for this. I'd like done as soon as possible.
