Another shameful act
In this world of professionalism we still see people trying to copy things and proudly say that they have not copied the contents but getting ideas from the site.
This is really a shameful act by a support company which is just trying to enter foots in the webhostng arena. Now what I feel how secure and trustworthy will be his support customers.
I understand that it is not easy to develop all the contents but coping word to word is not what we see in the market.

The closest match you've got is the links. Even then it's sketchy at best. All sites look the same to me these days.
Patron: I'd like my free lunch please.
Cafe Manager: Free lunch? Did you read the fine print stating it was an April Fool's joke.
Patron: I read the same way I listen, I ignore the parts I don't agree with. I'm suing you for false advertising.
Cafe Owner: Is our lawyer still working pro bono?

yeah the sites are too similar to be a coincidence
but not similar enough to "start a riot" so to speak.
the most you can do is hope that their business will go nowhere and the site will close

It took me a few minutes, but if you look at the inner pages you'll notice the boxes down the left side are very similar.
The FAQs are very similar too.
Obviously highly inspired, whether it counts as an obvious rip, I'm not sure.

they changed the text and the photos but copied the scheme of all the pages
the problem is the entire web is a copy of itself, so unless it's copied word-for-word then it's no big deal

It's a bit sketchy as a rip, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. No one will associate what they've created with you in any way (except by you pointing it out, which you certainly have the right to do).
Plus, check out the header on this page. A company made up of intellctuals and geiniuses [sic] isn't going to be around very long.
(see attachment of screen shot, in the event the page is changed)Last edited by the_pm; 09-18-2006 at 09:55 AM.

Root:
I don't think you have much to worry about. Way to many mistakes on that website, I don't think anyone serious about their business would trust a site like that -- alteast I hope not.
Also, I noticed that you have 'Copyrights' it should be 'Copyright' and in your logo, 'Solutions That Fits On First Try' -- should be Solutions That Fit On First Try

At the present time gr8support.net's home page says [I'm not making this up]:
"Comming Soon"
Edit: I guess I should have looked at page 2 of this thread first. I see FredTT already pointed that out.
