    Low-end Windows server, East Coast

We are looking for a dedicated low-end Windows box (Win2000 is OK), located on the East Coast (US). We need less than 50Gb/month transfer, 384Mb RAM, 10GB hard disk, 700MHz CPU. Any pointers will be appreciated.

Thaks for the advice. Do you know by any chance:

    1. Can one install a "service" on a Windows-based VPS machine?

    2. Can one "reboot" a VPS?

    Thanks!

    1. Yes, make sure the provider is giving remote desktop. A vps will be just like a normal server just with only the resources you buy.

    2. Yes, it essentially its on mini-server on a node.
