Has anyone actually gotten through to WHP in any way to cancel their account(s)? I seem to just the the "Press 0 to leave a message or continue to hold...over and over again. No big suprise that email goes unresponded to also.
Your best option may be to contact your bank and ensure that no further charges are made from that provider onto your card.
That's about the same as cancelling and sometimes the only option when dealing with merchants, sadly.

Contact your credit card, and if you (and they) feel it is prudent, cancel the card. The credit card company will re-issue you a new card right then, and WHP can not continue to bill your (now former) account.
