    Netbunch/WHP servers down?

    Just noticed my site was down 2 hours ago. Still down now. Anyone know what's up? They didn't get hacked again, did they?

    Did you try contacting your hosts support department? For the quickest responce contact the company directly.

    Yes, WHP is notorious for their lack of customer service, which is why I post on message boards to find out what's going on

    WOW now I see what you mean. It says Live Support Online on the main page but then when you click it all departments are offline. In addition to that, when you dial the phone numbers on the website it says "The number you have dialed is invalid".

    Right on their website it says


    "Technical Support - Around The Clock.

    We have clients from all over the world and we are here for you around the clock, no matter what time it is. If you need help -- there will be someone here to assist you, at any time of the day or night!"

    There's a reson they are no longer a member. Sadly, they still try to foll people by displaying the icon.

    I can see why their not part of the BBB anymore. Just listen to this recording of a call into their "Support" line.

    They also state the issues they had back in August regarding a security breach and 1/2 month later they are still fixing the problems.

    If I were you I would move elsewhere
