I think the only way you would get this service would be to sign contracts etc. so for example if you are not happy with the services the managment company would restore a backup of how the server was prior to their services. Most likely also have to sign up for a time period contract if you are happy with their services after 30 days.

It'd be tough to get that from a 3rd party. Why not do a managed dedicated company that offers 30 days (so its all inclusive in essence)?

I don't think it's a matter of standing behind their work, many people will abuse it.

On a personal note, I target more higher end customers and well if they are looking for money back guarentees then I probably wouldn't want them as a customer. You shouldn't be choosing admins if you feel you will have to get a money back guarentee.

Standing behind one's work isn't synonymous with a money back guarantee.

this is not a black or white situation.

what if I take a management service at 100$ then after half an moth I have a ticket that's not properly done (I mean it's done finally but not at the first hand, not in few hours, etc).

am I entitled to ask refund for my money?

or, if the ticket it's not done yet and it takes hours and hours again, am I right to claim that the service does not meet my requirements and ask refund?

for the lawyer I doubt
