    Options you give users

I am working on a script that I plan on making public soon. I would like to add some functionality to it, but if most hosts do not allow it, I will not put it in. So my question goes out to anyone who operates their server's php installation.

Do you allow users to use dl() to load modules in runtime?

Do you enable the SQLite module by default?

I would greatly appreicate it if I could get as many responses as possible, if a user has to find a special host just to use the SQLite functionality it is a waste to add it in.
