I have this server with Hivelocity for almost 7 months, just found out it's down, I logged in to their billing panel, and it shows it's been cancelled. The server is due on 09/21, and I have made every payment. I didn't received any email or phone call notify me why it's been cancelled. I just talked to their online support, the guy told me that I have to wait until Monday, because the sales person is not there, tech support doesn't have access to billing information. This is ridiculas, I have a website of my client hosted there and dns server for some domains, the downtime is hurting my business not to mention they could cancelled the server by mistake and have my data erased, and I have to wait until monday? come on.
still talking to their online support, the guy says he will consult with senior tech.
Will update once I get anything from them.
