Here is a way.
Do not change any single word when you first get mail.
You reply the first most to the email address that the email says.
Second, you will get confimation mail, edit the mail, put Y in Y(yes), N (No) line and in first line, 1a or something, put Mail-Form.
Netsol has complexed system, which cause many people say netsol sucks, but once you get used to it, it's easy.

Sawz, I know I recommend this all the time, but I just transfered a domain that I was havingg problems with and really I can't think of a better way to do it.
Now I change something, click a button, and *bing* done. Also, if transfering isn't what you are looking to do, try changing your auth-scheme to password instead. I don't think you'd have to deal with the mail-to forms pain.

Are you the administrative contact? Did you send it from the right email address? Are you filling out the right form (a friend of mine kept filling out the host form instead of the service form and got the same messages back until we got him the right one)?
