A question to help out my brother with his problem. He wants to be able to have 2 different sites open. So far, simple. The kicker is that he wants to be able to hear the audio from both sites at the same time. I figured it was as simple as adding a second sound card along with a second set of speakers, but it clearly seems to be more complicated than that.
Is this even possible? If so, how would one configure it?

The sound is fed through the same sound device, so you won't be able to change where it's coming from. Even if you had two sound cards installed, the protocol is still going to send sound to the same output device, there's no way to separate it without using completely different programs that also happen to allow you to change what device they use to port sound. That's normally not the case as the system designates what devices are used. Even if you did have this I still don't think it would work.
That's speculation but I'd be very suprised if it were possible.
