Datacenter technician

Job: carrying out all physical tasks needed on our remote DC environment, except reboots. Hardware tech support.
DC Location: Marina del Rey, CA (Los Angeles area)
Company HQ: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
US HQ: Delaware and Miami

Schedule: on call 24x7, must be able to get to the DC in less than 20-30 minutes.

Capacities needed:
1. Live near the DC or have own transportation means
2. Networking expertise (Cisco preferred/is a plus), rackmounted hardware knowledge
3. Windows installation and troubleshooting knowledge (our main platform)
4. Linux/CPanel install and troubleshooting knowledge
5. (Optional) Dell hardware familiarity
6. (Optional) HELM Windows Control panel familiarity
7. (Optional) Merak mail server familiarity

Payment offered: per hour or fixed monthly/biweekly salary
