Happens often with different hosting sites. Be sure they've been up a while and have good reviews on forums.

When I do use their live support it always boots me and no operators answer and it says open a ticket. When I do that I might get an answer in the next days time, or not get one at all. They claim 24/7 support

He meant that sometimes ISPs (Internet Service Providers) have connectivity issues that are unrelated to the webhost but prevent you from accessing your website.

It's possible to be able to view other websites while the route from you the datacenter housing the server hosting your website is blocked.

A good way to check Razr is to use www.siteuptime.com www.alertra.com www.dnsstuff.com to try and ping/check on your domain and if down on all 3 then chances are your host is down.

    Hi,

Here's the whois info on their domain which seems to be protected some reason: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois....tonetworks.com

Hope the owner will come over at WHT and keep you guys updated as I see him here often.

    Cheers

    Look at this email

    Hello,
Please review our terms of service for our pro-rated uptime refunds. We do not issue complete refunds. Our uptime will improve as we will be switching to a new datacenter in the near future and will have our servers managed by new staff.

    Best Regards,
    Incognito Networks Staff

They clearly state a refund on their site, but there is no terms of service to view!

Our services have not been down for 24 hours as razr is claiming. We experienced a slightly extended outage when all of the EV1 datacenter went offline (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=546509) and when our server received a couple short-lived spam attacks. We're on track to stay above our 99.5% uptime guarantee and we have already made refund offers to razr as stated in our post above. Razr, our terms of service is linked to on every page on our website, the direct link is http://www.incognitonetworks.com/tos.php. Hard Rock didn't seem to have a hard time finding it.

Please keep your refund/billing issues to the trouble ticket system where we can actually sort out the details. Let us know if we may assist in any other way, thank you.

May be IncognitoNetworks is mentioning about the server uptime and there could be DNS issues etc causing downtimes for your domain, did you check your site via IP?

Humm, above Incognito says he has made refund offers to you. Personally I would just get some sort of refund and then move to another host. Clearly you are not happy and there is no shortage of hosts.
