how do I ban an IP VPS-wide?

how do I ban a wildcard IP (range of IP's) from my VPS?

I discovered a spam harvester that has been crawling my site for the last 6 months or so..I caught it again today using the IP range

at first it scared me, because I didn't know if it was a search engine crawler, or some spammer, but after doing a google search and some research I discovered that this Snapbot is an email harvester (spam bot)

so since I have its range of IP's there, how do I put a wildcard ban on this bot VPS wide?

I know that each user account, under cpanel, has that "IP deny manager" option, but to wildcard that IP from each of my domains would take awhile, is there a way I can do it entire VPS wide somehow?
I wouldn't worry about it, except this spammer has been spamming my blog, and forums, and I figured since I had his IP range couldn't I just block him from all my sites in one shot somehow?

    Something like this should work:

    # iptables -A INPUT -s -j DROP

Check out iptables with the usual search thingys for more info, and you'll be all set.
