Web Pro Technologies

Web Pro Technologies is currently in search of qualified cPanel support technicians to answer support tickets using our online support interface. We currently use the ClientExec built-in internal helpdesk to handle our requests. We are looking to hire employees immediately. All employment is done an independent (1099) basis.

All candidates must meet all requirements listed below.


We are *NOT* interested in outsourced support. If you represent an outsourced support company, do not contact us as we are not interested in your services.

- Must be legally able to work or do business in the United States
- Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years or older (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Must be able to commit to a shift and answer tickets within 1 hour
- Must be hard working, independent, and loyal
- Must have at least 1 year experience in hosting using cPanel
- Must not be currently working for a competing company

Level 1-2 Support Technician
Pay Rate: $2.00 Per Ticket

Shifts Available:
1st Shift = 1 AM to 9 AM
2nd Shift = 9 AM to 5 PM
3rd Shift = 5 PM to 1 AM

All tickets must be answered within 1 hour after submission or you will not be paid for the ticket. Any tickets answered past 1 hour will result in no pay for the ticket and loss of $5.00 from your total pay. Our company is known for our support and employees will be expected to maintain our standards.
