    Outsourced Telephone Support?

A customer of mine asked about outsourcing telephone tech support. I'm wondering if anyone does it, and if they do, what are typical rates charged. I did a search, but I didn't see much of anything related to outsourcing telephone tech support.

    Thanks.

Definetly check out TouchSupport (http://touchsupport.com) - Although they are a bit expensive, they are a great company to deal with. I'm sure your clients would be happy to speak with English speaking tech associates on the telephone as opposed to an Indian based support company.

They're are a couple of good indian based support companies that offer telephone support. However, be sure to do your research with them as far as
    • Grammar/Spelling
    • Skills/Coverage Hours (Are they guranteed for sure?)
    • Response/Resolution Time (Are they guaranteed for sure? - Not nessecary needed for phone support)
    • Pricing/Rates (How do they charge?)
    • Call Routing (Do you need to use their number or can you use your own telephone system/number?)

One of the main companies that I have delt with in the past and that I believe go's far above the expectations listed above would have to be eTechSupport (http://etechsupport.net), and 247 Customer (http://247customer.com). eTechSupport is much more affordable, while 247 Customer is very expensive -- Good luck with your search .

Bobcares phone support is U.S. based and is run out of Arizona I believe using only U.S. employees. $3.99 a call or something.
